We are open Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Local Deliveries (Commercial Accounts Only):

We offer Free Delivery (via our CTS Trucks) to our local Commercial Accounts.  Deliveries will only be made to shops with commercial addresses.  We can not deliver materials to your job sites or residential addresses.  To receive next day delivery, your order must be placed by
4:00 pm.  Orders may be placed to our office via phone or thru our website.  Due to the nature of free delivery we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.  We ask that you have someone available to accept your delivery at any time prior to 5:00pm.  In the event that you are not there when we arrive, you may be subject to a "Re-Delivery" fee.

Special Order/Non-stock items:

These orders, once placed, may not be cancelled or returned for any reason.  Payment in full may be required in advance.  An estimated delivery date is given to you on special orders, this information is supplied to us by our vendors.  Cabinet and Top Supply, Inc. will not be liable for any claims arising from delay in shipment or delivery from our vendors.

Returns & Refunds:

Local Commercial Accounts-Cash Sales Return/Refund Policy:  Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and deemed in sellable condition by store personnel.  Special orders, closeouts, discontinued items and made to order cut parts are non-returnable/non-refundable.  You may bring the item into to the store during normal business hours or if on our local delivery route call in to have the item picked up.  You must call in prior to using this option as our drivers will not accept merchandise back from you without a pick up ticket.  We do not offer cash refunds.  If the merchandise meets the above criteria then a store voucher will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee.  Store vouchers are good for one year from the date of issuance.
 
Orders Shipped via 3rd Party:   Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of purchase.  Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and deemed in sellable condition by store personnel.  All returned shipments must be accompanied by a "Return Goods Authorization" (RGA) from customer service.   Unauthorized returns will not receive credit.  Special orders, closeouts, and discontinued items are non-returnable/non-refundable.   Customer is responsible for any fees to ship the item back to Cabinet and Top Supply, Inc.  If the merchandise meets all the above conditions we will credit the cost of the merchandise (minus original shipping and a 20% restocking charge) to the Credit Card in which the original purchase was made.

Taxes:

Where applicable, all sales taxes shall be paid by the purchaser.  Customers must furnish evidence of exemption when applicable.
